There has been a lot that has gone on in my head since the last time I’ve written in this blog. And I’m slowly feeling like that will be a common place as I continue to grow older. Last time I spoke to you about managing and nurturing your gifts. In the spirit of Thanksgiving, I am making this an ode to all of my gifts:
1) My first thank you goes to God. Without him I would be nothing. He’s allowed me to have wisdom beyond my years; he has given me the ability to build relationships; he has given me to the gift of unconditional love; lastly, with all these gifts, he’s given me to drive to share them with others. Thank you God for keeping me.
2) Second goes to the woman that’s in my life. Thanks Michelle for having my back during arguably THE toughest time in my life. Thanks for also being the catalyst that I needed to follow my dream. I wouldn’t want to share it with anyone else.
3) To my family. We lost our head, but we’ve come together as the body and have pressed on. I know each and everyone of you have gone thru some personal obstacles as well. Thanks for supporting and loving me through it all. "With God we can…..get through this!!”
4) To my friends. Each and every one of you are important to me. I’ve had the privilege of strengthening some, and rebuilding others. Overall, you guys have blessed me and supported my dream from the beginning. I love you guys (no homo…lol).
Thank you to everyone who helped and continues to help Marcus Jackson find himself and grow into what God has me to be.
Much love…and Happy Thanksgiving….
